In the second panel, the WorldSkills Romania experts shared with the guests how they prepared the competitors for EuroSkills Herning 2025, presenting the strategies, methods, and resources used, as well as the intense effort, hours of training, and constant dedication that allowed the competitors to face the challenges and excel on the European stage of trades.

In panel 3, Dr Maล‚gorzata Kowalska explained why WorldSkills competitions can be considered a driving force for the development of vocational and technical education.
