The training was organized in close cooperation with Hospodářská komora České republiky. The total of 60 people (VET teachers and trainers, VET students and industry professionals) form 4 countries were trained as skills competition coordinators at CzechSkills 2024 in Brno. It was a 2 day study visit which included
• observation of the CzechSkills 2024 – the first national skills competition and EuroSkills 2025 qualification,
• training delivered by Hospodářská komora České republiky,
• workshops based on SkillsComp training materials.
The goal of all SkillsComp activities is to encourage young people to pursue professional development. Consequently, the best Optic Fibre Technicians from Romania and Electromechanics from Slovakia participated in CzechSkills 2024. They competed against their Czech colleagues to feel the spirit of EuroSkills 2025 qualification!
